Job description

“It’s about the people who depend on us.”

We are a rapidly growing financial services firm. We are responsible for the financial future of whole families, and we are looking for someone to help us help those who depend on us.

Who We Are

Everything we do flows from the idea that we are in business to help provide a secure financial future for the families who depend on us. We work with our clients to help them understand their financial options and opportunities. This includes strategies to save on taxes, increase wealth, manage risk, exit their business, and leave a legacy to the next generation.

We prioritize our business decisions to benefit each individual client, and we always try to do the right thing for their individual situation. Operating through that lens helps us make the best decisions, and as a result, we have a higher probability of our own success as well.

To that end, we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team who can provide an excellent level of support for our clients while expanding the community of individuals who trust us to build confidence in their retirement.

Culture

As a part of the WealthCare team, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment that is supportive, gracious, always willing to help, and gets the job done right. We enjoy a morning huddle each day to align our goals, hear from each other about life and work, and encourage one another.

We know the importance of work-life balance and want to ensure that all members of our team know that we care about them as a person, want to support them in all aspects of their life, and strive to help them better themselves at work and at home.

Who You Are
You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You are personable and excel at building relationships, both with clients and team members. Helping others and solving problems energizes you, and you approach challenges with curiosity and thoughtful questions to uncover the best solutions.

As a Service Advisor, you are analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. You have a solid understanding of financial planning principles, technology, and compliance requirements. Organized, punctual, and self-motivated, you take pride in delivering tailored recommendations and maintaining accurate client records.

We value your expertise and offer a competitive salary that reflects your contributions. Our bonus structure rewards your achievements, and we provide training and support to help you thrive. After a 90-day introductory period, you’ll be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, a retirement plan with matching contributions, flexible PTO, and our annual office closure from Christmas through New Year’s Day.
