To that end, we are looking for an Client Services Associate to join our team who can provide an excellent level of support for our clients while providing that critical infrastructure for this process.

We will provide training for the role and your specific duties. The Role

The role of our Client Services Associate is to efficiently complete forms accurately to open new accounts. Your positive attitude will enhance our client experience, while your organizational aptitude will support the administrative and operational functions of the Financial Advisors. Our ideal candidate works well as part of a team and does not get ruffled by high-pressure deadlines.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Open new accounts with clients and then process the paperwork through to 100% completion
  • Work effectively via email and phone with back-office agencies and companies to transfer accounts in, keeping detailed records to report progress during weekly team meetings
  • Data entry, including entering meeting notes and ensuring client and prospect data is kept current within the CRM
  • Administrative support that includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, responding to incoming emails, and meeting with clients and prospects

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to independently solve problems
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software programs
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to clients
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner even when clients are stressed
  • Willingness to cooperate with clients and management to resolve any issues that may arise
